It my be in powder, pellet, flake, or paste form. Paste items are pigments which are ground in drying oils or varnish, with or withour small amounts of volatile thinner, wetting and dispersing agents, or pigments ground in Japan. Excludes pigments used in ink, plastic, rubber, sealing compounds, and adhesives.
